Size guide:
Smaller than 7" is for very small adult wrists and children.
7" is a standard adult wrist.
7.5" is standard with a little more wiggle room.
Higher than a 7.5" are for larger wrists and very loose fit. Some have even worn them as anklets about 8" 
 
Not sure of you size? Take a string or ribbon and wrap it around your wrist. Take the part that was around your wrist and measure it using a ruler or tape measure. That will give you the size you need for a snug fit :)
